Traffic and Parking Bylaw
hearing
1. Purpose of Report
1.1 To hear the
submissions on the draft Traffic and Parking Bylaw.
2. Recommendation

That the Council
1. Receives
the report Traffic and Parking Bylaw hearing (R27746) and its attachments (1517447769-3824, 1517447769-3818, 1517447769-3847);
and
2. Accepts the late submissions (tabled at the meeting) on the
Traffic and Parking Bylaw.

3. Background
3.1 Council consulted on
the Traffic and Parking Bylaw from 1 May 2023 to 2 June 2023. Council received
73 written submissions and nine submitters want to be heard.
3.2 The draft hearing
submitters schedule for 23 June 2023 is appended as Attachment 1 (1517447769-3824);
the Speakers’ written submissions are appended as Attachment 2
(1517447769-3818) and the full written submissions are appended as Attachment 3
(1862260321-56884).
3.3 Any late submissions
will be tabled at the meeting.
4. Conclusion
4.1 All submissions
including those presented at the hearing will be reviewed and compiled into the
deliberations report scheduled for 17 August 2023.
