Late Submissions to the Gambling Policy Consultation

1.       Purpose of Report

1.1      A number of late submissions (A2089411), starting at submission #19391, have been received and are attached for your information.

1.2      If these submissions are to be included in the formal decision making process, a resolution to that effect must be passed by the Planning and Regulatory Committee at today’s meeting.

1.3      One late submitter – Mikey Ranson #19392 has indicated that he wishes to speak in support of his submission. A timeslot has been arranged as per the Hearing Schedule.

2.       Recommendation

That the Planning and Regulatory Committee

Receives the report Late Submissions to the Gambling Policy Consultation (R9848) and its attachments (A2089402 and A2089411); and

Accepts late submissions to the Gambling Policy Consultation – Proposed Amendments to the Gambling Policy.
