Note: Council resolved on 20 March 2018 to concurrently consult on the draft Long Term Plan 2018 -2028, changes to the Development Contributions Policy and to extend the consultation period on the Waimea Dam. Hearing of submissions will also be held concurrently.

Receives the report Draft Long Term Plan 2018 - 2028 - Late Submissions (R9277) and its attachments (A1959969, A1959727 and A1960028); and
Accepts late submissions to the Draft Long Term Plan 2018 – 2028.

Draft Long Term Plan 2018 - 2028 - Late Submissions
1. Purpose of Report
1.1 Submission # 17927 from Ngawhatu Pool Users Inc was received during the consultation period.
1.2 A number of late submissions (A1959969) starting at Submission No 19135, have been received and are attached for your information.
1.3 If these submissions are to be included in the formal decision making process, a resolution to that effect must be passed by Council at today’s meeting.
1.4 One late submitter – Richard Brudvik-Lindner #19136 - has indicated that he wishes to speak in support of his submission.
1.5 Cynthia van de Loo has sent additional information (A1959727) relating to her submission #18980, and Luz Zuniga #19064 has emailed through a missing attachment (A1960028).
1.6 Murray Cameron’s submission (18656) has been split into two parts - his personal submission remains as 18656, and the submission on behalf of the Champion Green Facilities Group has been transferred to submission 18744.
1.7 Late submitters wishing to speak to their submissions will be contacted and provided with timeslots.
