Draft Civil Defence and Emergency Management Group Plan 2017-2022 - Late submission

     

 

1.       Purpose of Report

1.1      To advise that a late submission on the Draft Civil Defence and Emergency Management Group Plan 2017-2022 has been received and recommending that the submission be accepted.

 

 

2.       Recommendation

That the Group

Receives the report Draft Civil Defence and Emergency Management Group Plan 2017-2022 - Late submission (R8388) and its attachment (A1830655); and

Accepts the late submission (A1830655) to the Draft Civil Defence and Emergency Management Group Plan 2017-2022.

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.       Background

3.1      One submission (Philip Kirk, Senior Policy Analyst, on behalf of the Ministry for Primary Industries) was received after the closing date for submissions and is attached.

3.2      In order for this submission to be included in the formal decision-making process, it would be advisable for the Group to pass the recommendations above.
