Held in the Council Chamber, Floor 2A, Civic House, 110 Trafalgar Street, Nelson on Friday 15 November 2024, commencing at 9.31a.m.

6.       Nelson Regional Sewerage Business Unit General Manager Update Report November 2024

General Manager Regional Services, Nathan Clarke took the report as read and provided an update on a pipe failure in the Bell Island facility. He answered questions on risk, weather events, analysis of data and electricity usage.

8.       Nelson Regional Sewerage Business Unit Business Plan 2025/26

Document number R28863, agenda pages 36 - 57 refer.

General Manager Regional Services, Nathan Clarke took the report as read. He spoke about the adjustments made in response to feedback from council officers since the draft business plan was presented in the previous meeting, noting that changes to the capital budget had been made, following request from NCC and TDC senior managers to stay within the LTP.

It was noted that following analysis by each Council as part of their upcoming Annual Plans that further amendments to the Business Plan may be required.
