General Manager Regional Services, Nathan Clarke, took the report as read and answered questions on progress with the battery collection bins programme, explained York Valley Landfill Unique Emissions reporting and commensurate budget implications, calculation of the rate of depreciation of assets and Health and Safety incidents.
