Held in the Council Chamber, Civic House, 110 Trafalgar Street, Nelson on Tuesday 16 August 2022, commencing at 1.35p.m.

 

Present:             Her Worship the Mayor R Reese, Councillors J Edgar, B McGurk, T Skinner and Mr P Dougherty.

In Attendance:    Group Manager Community Services (A White), Team Leader Governance Services (R Byrne) and Senior Governance Adviser (M Macfarlane).

1.    Confirms the minutes of the meeting of the Tenders Subcommittee, held on 1 June 2022, as a true and correct record.

6.       Exclusion of the Public

Drew Bryant, Tasman District Council Senior Infrastructure Planning Advisor, will remain for Item 3 of the Confidential agenda to answer questions and, accordingly, the following resolution is required to be passed:

That the Tenders Subcommittee

1.       Confirms, in accordance with sections 48(5) and 48(6) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, that Senior Infrastructure Planning Advisor, Drew Bryant remain after the public has been excluded, for Item 3 of the Confidential agenda (Public Transport Services Contract), as they have knowledge relating to that item that will assist the meeting.
