	That the Tenders Subcommittee 1.    Confirms the minutes of the meeting of the Tenders Subcommittee, held on 1 June 2022, as a true and correct record.

6.       Exclusion of the Public

Drew Bryant, Tasman District Council Senior Infrastructure Planning Advisor, will remain for Item 3 of the Confidential agenda to answer questions and, accordingly, the following resolution is required to be passed:

	That the Tenders Subcommittee 1. Confirms, in accordance with sections 48(5) and 48(6) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, that Senior Infrastructure Planning Advisor, Drew Bryant remain after the public has been excluded, for Item 3 of the Confidential agenda (Public Transport Services Contract), as they have knowledge relating to that item that will assist the meeting.

The meeting went into confidential session at 1.46p.m. and resumed in public session at 3.07p.m.

	3.    Agrees that this decision be made publicly available once the contract has been signed by all parties; and 4.    Agrees that Report (R26370) and attachment (1294686466-15) remain confidential at this time.

	3.    Agrees that this decision be made publicly available once the contract has been signed by all parties; and 4.    Agrees that Report (R27041) and attachment (1862260321-14683) remain confidential at this time.

There being no further business the meeting ended at 3.09p.m.
