The minutes of to 13 July 2022 had previously been confirmed by signature and did not require a resolution.   

6.       Nelson City Street Hop

Contracts Supervisor, Gillian Dancy, presented the report and advised there had been no feedback received.

	That the Hearings Panel - Other 1.    Receives the report Nelson City Street Hop (R27095) and its attachments (340448201-3128 and 1862260321-14361); and 2.    Approves the temporary road closure as per report R27095 for the Nelson City Street Hop on 30 October 2022.

7.       Road naming - Q Properties Limited

Document number R27107, agenda pages 16 - 21 refer.

Manager Consents and Compliance, Mandy Bishop, presented the report and introduced Graham Bowhill and Patrick Fontein from Q Properties Ltd, who spoke to their application and explained the reasons for requesting the name.

Ms Bishop answered questions on precedence of naming a street after a commercial business and advised this would be considered on a case by case basis.

	That the Hearings Panel - Other 1.    Receives the report Road naming - Q Properties Limited (R27107); and 2.    Approves the name “Boxman Place” for the road shown on the approved subdivision plan in section 3.1 of Report R27107.

	That the Hearings Panel - Other 1.    Receives the report Road naming - Bayview Nelson Limited (R27133) and its attachment (75638549351814); and 2.    Approves the name “Ocean Drive” for the road shown on the subdivision plan in Attachment 1 (75638549351814) of Report (R27133).
