Present: Acting Mayor J Edgar (Chairperson ), Councillors Y Bowater, T Brand, M Courtney, K Fulton, M Lawrey, R O'Neill-Stevens, B McGurk, G Noonan, P Rainey, R Sanson and T Skinner

1. Apologies
There were no apologies.
2. Confirmation of Order of Business
There was no change to the order of business.
There were no updates to the Interests Register, and no interests with items on the agenda were declared.
There was no public forum.

Confirms, in accordance with sections 48(5) and 48(6) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, that Paul Bell, Intepeople and Annika Streefland, Employment Consultant, remain after the public has been excluded, for Item 1 of the Confidential agenda (Chief Executive Recruitment), as they have knowledge that will assist the meeting. |

The meeting went into a confidential session at 2.05 p.m. at which time Councillor Fulton joined the meeting. Councillor Brand joined the meeting at 2.19 pm. The meeting resumed in a public session at 3.30 p.m.
There being no further business the meeting ended at 3.32 p.m.
