2.       Confirmation of Order of Business

At the request of the Chairperson, Councillor Courtney chaired the meeting and advised that due to Council business requiring the meeting time, the items to be considered at the meeting would be deferred to the next Ordinary meeting of the Environment and Climate Committee, on 7 April 2022.

	That the Environment and Climate Committee 1. Defers Item 5: Confirmation of Minutes and Item 6: Deliberations and Decision Report on Amended Urban Environments Bylaw to be considered at the Environment and Climate Committee meeting to be held on 7 April 2022 at 9.00a.m.
