Held in the Council Chamber, Civic House, 110 Trafalgar Street, Nelson on Wednesday 16 June 2021, commencing at 8.35a.m.

	That the Tenders Subcommittee 1. Excludes the public from the following parts of the proceedings of this meeting. 2. The general subject of each matter to be considered while the public is excluded, the reason for passing this resolution in relation to each matter and the specific grounds under section 48(1) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 for the passing of this resolution are as follows:

	4.    Agrees that this decision be made publicly available once the 2021-31 Long-term Plan is approved by Council; and 5.    Agrees that Report (R25882) and attachment         (A2667314) remain confidential at this time.

2	CONFIDENTIAL: Awatea Wastewater Pump Station Contract Award
	3.    Agrees that this decision be made publicly available once the 2021-2031 Long Term Plan is approved by Council; and 4.    Agrees that the Report (R25854) and attachment         (A2634000) remain confidential at this time.
