There was no change to the order of business.
There were no updates to the Interests Register, and no interests with items on the agenda were declared.
There was no public forum.
5. Temporary Road Closures - Summer Challenge Womens Adventure Race 2021 and School Road Safety Demonstrations
Document number R22505, agenda pages 4 - 18 refer.
Contracts Supervisor – Roading, Gillian Dancey, presented the report and advised of the feedback received. She noted that the feedback period closed on 10 February which was after the meeting. The resolution was amended to reflect this.
Ms Dancey answered questioned regarding the closures.
No further feedback was received (attachment A2572192).
There being no further business the meeting ended at 9.34am.
